Louis “Whit” Light has 18 years of general private practice experience with emphasis on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and collections. Whit Light received his J.D, from George Mason University School of Law, Arlington, Virginia, in 1989. During law school, he was a legislative aide to Senator David Pryor in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school, he served a one-year judicial clerkship with the late Judge J. Smith Henley on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, St. Louis, Missouri. Whit has practiced before the United States Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas as well as before the state courts of Arkansas.
